Named after Giridhar — Lord Krishna, the mountain-lifter, the divine made intimate. The Giridhar Collection is MaltiDhar's pure handloom range, sourced directly from weaver families in Varanasi who have practised this craft for generations.

Every saree in this collection is woven to order on a traditional pit loom. Each piece takes between 15 and 45 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the weave and the density of the zari work. No two pieces are identical. What arrives at your door is not something that was sitting in a warehouse — it is something that did not exist until you chose it.
